MONITORING PLATFORM TO MEASURE CO2 LEVELS IN INDOOR SPACES

MIDDA CO2 is a real-time, remote and georeferenced monitoring platform, capable of measuring CO2 levels within indoor spaces. We know that the most important contagion by COVID occurs through small droplets that infected people expel into the air when talking, coughing, etc. These droplets can remain in the air for a long time and therefore, the risk of contagion by COVID-19 is much greater in closed spaces, where there is less air exchange than in open spaces.

Portable device

Smart Co2 is a wireless, battery-powered device that shows us how much of the air I'm breathing has already been breathed by someone else, because they measure the quality of the air we breathe and the risk of transmission of COVID-19 and other respiratory diseases.

The device is easy to install, easy to operate and allows you to know in real time when spaces need to be ventilated. It also allows you to activate ventilation systems automatically and generate alerts.

Main features:

Sensor

  • Carbon dioxide

  • Measuring range 400 -5000 (ppm)

  • Accuracy (50ppm + 5% of reading)

  • Resolution 1 ppm

Specifications

  • Sampling rate 10 sec

  • WiFi/3G connectivity

  • Self-calibrating/manual

  • Power port 220V AC / rechargeable battery with USB

  • Dimensions 10cm x 10cm x 7cm

Benefits

Prevents COVID-19

The airway is one of the main means of contagion of the virus, therefore maintaining good air quality is critical to prevent infections.

Work/student absenteeism

Low CO2 levels and good ventilation prevent school and work absenteeism

High precision measurement

The MIDDACO2 device uses a high-precision infrared (NRID) sensor. Sensors with self-calibration algorithm.

Subtle alerts

Set subtle alerts that reach your cell phone/tablet or computer to know where and when to ventilate

Reduces energy costs

Optimize the use of ventilation by knowing when specifically to ventilate and when not to.

Trust

Increases people's confidence by attending a place whose space is ventilated
